This entire segment is sped up through the battles. Nobody wants to sit here and watch the same thing over and over. I grab ALL of the treasures here as well. You have more than enough time to do it, as long as you're not too underleveled. Also, you COULD learn Aero2 here, but you don't need to worry about that, since you'll get it soon anyways.
