Before we tackle Tiamat, we return to Raithwall with an old score to be settled. We chickened out from the first Demon Wall fight because we were too weak, but this time this ancient stupid is getting its ass kicked!

The wall can, surprisingly, be oiled. With a Burning Bow + Fiery Arrows equipped on the weapon user, Ashe, damage becomes really impressive. With haste & berserk, it doesn't take too long for the wall to vanish. The only problem is having Ashe telega'd.

Start by letting Vaan out so that the wall targets him with a regular attack. Switch in Ashe and Penelo (Indigo Pendant). Penelo casts Oil on the party and it connects to the enemy, having bounced off your characters. Ashe's regular attacks become monstrous, in spite of her low level.

It's an important tactical wisdom to have Vaan, even though he deals next to zero damage with his Mythril Blade, attack the wall and run up as close as possible. Telega warps the closest target standing and pulling off the aforementioned maneuver gives you a better chance of Ashe remaining on the field.

Afterwards, just sit in the menu with the second character and heal Ashe when necessary (even with Protect on, she can't solo it most of the time).
