Note: Wayward Seeq's movement sucks sometimes and this relies on him walking back and forth instead of going to the left.

Start the timer right when you see the room load, enter Observation Palour right at 21 seconds, stand for about half a second, immediately re-enter Air Deck while mashing X, then the chest should spawn. The timing looks like it's really strict and if the chest doesn't spawn, close the application and try again. Once the chest spawns, you want to press X when the kid stops at his father for the 4th time while making sure Diamond Armlet is equipped on Vaan beforehand.
