Next expansion for FFXIV is called Stormblood:
1) Based in and around Ala Mhigo
2) The goal is to get Ala Mhigo back from Garlean control
3) The empire has been in control for 20 years
4) The main Garlean in charge is Zenos Yae Galus
4.0 Features:
1) New Jobs - hints of Dancer! (Yoshi P wore a 'Scarlet Witch' t-shirt)
2) Level Cap raised to 70
3) Revamped Battle System
4) Additional Skill System reworked
5) Shared Roles Skill
6) Reassessment of Unused / Ineffective actions
7) Sprawling New Areas - New areas at least as big as Heavensward
8) All New Primals
9) Challenging New Dungeons
10) High-End Raids - different stories for the different difficulties of the raid
11) Exciting New Alliance Raids
12) Forbidden Lands Eureka - interesting outdoor area for things like Relic grinding
13) New Gear and Recipes
14) Item Inventory Expansion - using additional profits to increase server capacity
15) 4th Residential area - can't announce it yet because it's tied to Patch 4.0 story
16) All Patch 4.0 areas can be flown in maybe after short pre-requirements
17) Change to minimum Windows Version Spec - will try to maintain 32-bit support
18) End of PlayStation 3 Support - free upgrade to PlayStation 4 support when expansion launches
