Castlevania's first foray into 3D may have divided many people both new and well-acquainted with the series, but if one thing could be salvaged from this base-breaking experience, it's the title theme, a classical rendition of the first stage from Akumajou Dracula X.

The terrifying visage of Dracula's castle, under a bloody moon in the midst of the shadow of lightning, soon accompanied by a mysterious chilling violin as a prelude to the horrors within, whatever they may be to you. Even though I personally did not like this game, that violin has always remained with me, its sullen mournfulness forever resonating in my mind.
