Our journey in the Orre Region with Wes and Rui (aka Weblomi and 8675309) in Pokemon Colosseum on the Nintendo GameCube continues! With the Shadow Pokemon Lab explored and taken down, we have found ourself in the middle of Realgam Tower - a grand colosseum that masks as Cipher's headquarters. We have taken down all of the Cipher Admins once again - Miror B., Dakim, Venus and Ein are all truly gone, but that doesn't mean we're done. Unfortunately, we're far from it! There seems to be a lot to do here - Cipher Peons aplenty, but also, the return of familiar faces with much stronger teams, including an old comrade of Team Snagem past. I'm a little scard.
This is, in my opinion, one of the best Pokemon RPGs that Nintendo have ever brought out, and it's not even a mainline game! Double battles, Johto Pokemon, the ability to steal (or snag) Pokemon, and a story that leans much more into traditional JRPG themes and audiences made Pokemon Colosseum a certified GCN classic, and one that will never be forgotten. Hopefully the Nintendo Switch will be able to provide some kind of remake, remaster or even a sequel to this game and Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness... one can hope, hey!
In this video, we'll be continuing our journey in Realgam Tower after finishing the Cipher Admins. With Granbull and Flygon added as new members to the squad, we'll be looking to take down their whole operation! We can now access the rest of the tower with the selection of keys we acquired, so we have a lot of trainers to fight, areas to explore, and one particular man in our way... Team Snagem's Gonzap! He comes with an incredibly strong team and a grudge against Weblomi, so this is gonna be our toughest fight to date. We need to take the Snagem Head Honcho down, so we can find and purify all those Pokemon. We may finally be able to stop these Pokemon designed to have their heart sealed and attack humans. We need to eradicate this horror as soon as possible. We know how to purify them, so taking down Realgam Tower is our mission. Let's see how today's episode goes!
