At this point I've tried doing a bunch of side bosses, and they're a bit out of reach for me at this point. Ochu is probably possible in theory, but the constant summoning of microchus really make it difficult. Long Gui is way out of the question. So it's time to move on with the main story.

This was my first attempt at this fight and I basically went into it blind with no knowledge of the fight other than their weaknesses. What I didn't realize is that you had to kill them at roughly the same time, or they otherone revives it's companion. After making the mistake once, I chipped the first enemy down to roughly 9000 HP. After that I switched targets to take out the second. Staggering and killing them is actually rather quick, but because this was a learning attempt, it took me a lot longer.

The wound damage really added up here. I think I could have done a lot better had I done a re-recording.
