271This is my 2nd 🎷sax cover of Final Fantasy 2's Main Theme/Overworld Theme. This piece is the opening track for Pixel Mixers' free fan tribute to the Final Fantasy 2 OST, entitled "Roses of Rebellion".
(I would link to the 1st cover of FF2's Overworld, but it's really bad. The only reason I'm keeping it up is so I can remember how far I've come in the years since I've started this channel!)
For this cover story, I wanted to address some of the weaker aspects of Final Fantasy 2's story: what is the motivation of certain villain characters? As a result, there are spoilers if you aren't familiar with FF2's story -- so feel free to minimize your browser window if you would like to listen without being spoiled.
