Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to my first RPG walkthrough and what will be my longest walkthrough so far on my channel! In case you didn't get the hint I dropped in the Mega Man X2 Finale episode, yeah, that music I spliced in was a remix of the Final Fantasy 4 Boss theme, implying that it would be next on my list, and now it's here. When it comes to Final Fantasy games, everybody says their favorite is either 6 or 7, but I always liked this one the best. It was the first FF game I ever played, and I still find myself going back to it from time to time, and I find its themes of regret, redemption, and revenge to be easily relatable.

I'm using the Active battle system on Hard mode because I'm a masochist like that. Part 1 covers the introductory story to our hero Cecil and the precursor to his personal quest for redemption.
