I'm going to go ahead and let you know ahead of time: Omega wipes the floor with us at least eight times in this video. You may want to skip ahead through that.

Anyway, after getting all the items, beast entries, spells we can from the Merged World, we finally head into "The Void" - which is our journey to Exdeath.

We cross through many different types of terrain here, being careful to fill in all bestiary entries and get treasures. Early in our entry here, we fight Purobolos, and finally get that "Self Destruct" blue magic spell we missed earlier in the game (from the weaker bomb-like enemies like Grenade).

There are lots of hidden treasures around, so I do some backtracking. We also fight a good variety of bosses, and despite a few deaths here and there, we get through, up to the Castle area.
