After coming across an important article where the Co-Director for the FF 7 Remake admitted that there will be drastic deviations in storytelling for the much anticipated second part, I felt it necessary for an in-depth discussion on part 2 and Square Enix's handling of the first game.

While many are eagerly waiting to see what Square Enix has to show when the time comes, I have yet to see any reason that anyone should anticipate anything else for this poorly named "Remake" as the first game had its fair share of issues that need to be analyzed and remedied. My co-host and myself go over some of the weaknesses that the FF 7 Remake had while also discussing whether or not Square Enix will ultimately address these problems among other concerns.
