Final Fantasy III (3) also known as Final Fantasy VI (6) in the official timeline, is a Jrpg and was released in 1994. It was Developed and Published by Square, now Square-Enix.

NOTE: Apologies for the sudden death at the end, that's what happens when you play games and watch TV at the same time.. LOL!

STORY: 20/20
The game's story is split into 2 parts, the first part follows the story of Terra, a girl born with the gift of magic but stolen by the Empire who she is enslaved by through the use of a device that robs her thought. The empire uses her and her power to wage war across the land where a tyrannical court jester takes it upon himself to become a God and wipe the existence of humanity out.

The second half of the game's story follows Celes, an ex-general of the Empire who takes it upon herself to get the cast of characters back together and bring peace to the world once again.

GRAPHICS: 16/20
Honestly, I still love this game's graphics even though they do look pixelated as hell now, some things look too pixelated. The characters look great, the monsters look great, towns look all unique and different. The game has many, many spells to see and they all look great, same with attacks and skills.

SOUND: 20/20
This game has one of the most loved OSTs in the entire franchise, the music tracks are fantastic. The game also has a ton of sound effects for actions, movements, skills, spells, attacks and much more.. it's pretty incredible how the devs had fit so much into the cartridge.

GAMEPLAY: 18/20
It's pretty much the same as any other Final Fantasy games, travel the world, save the planet from an evil jester, find secret locations, explore, recruit new team members, etc. The game's controls are very easy to get used to, even navigating the menu system is easy.. though there is one hidden menu that they don't explain at all when using Gogo. This game has a huge amount of characters to find, and this is the ONLY Final Fantasy game to have this many that are recruitible in the main series of games. If there is one thing I would have liked to have seen in this game are a few side-quests, sure.. there's some (such as the ill soldier) but there's hardly none and well.. we are talking about a 1994 game.

SYSTEMS: 20/20
This game has many systems, Relic system for additional effects, Esper system where you can learn new magic spells and summon the Esper in battles for various effects, healing, or insane damage. There's a colosseum where you can do battles, bid on items in an auction, take part in an opera where lines choices matter, and even some characters have some pretty nice systems. Sabin makes use of a "Street Fighter" input mode for his skills, Gau can learn nearly every monster in the game that has 2 different attack though it is random. Paint monsters with Relm, even go monster hunting for blue spells fo

OVER ALL: 94/100
THIS is one Final Fantasy game you DON'T want to miss playing, it is certainly one of the best in the entire franchise, if not THE best. if you don't play this one then it's pretty much criminal.
