Final Fantasy IV Pixel Remaster Lets Play Episode 8 Palllynator Rise of the Crystals
1Another rather lengthy one its still shorter then Episode 7 though by quite a lot so theoretically it should procces quicker.
Note the next one Episode 9 is quite short a bit over 40 mins.
Episode 10 is likely gonna be the finale unless there is something after you beat the game.
Since im pretty certain ive collected everything so far.
Do note the final dungeon is pretty fun lots of battle in there gives good xp.
The holy lance is kind of a let down, since from one of the dragon enemies a Wyrm Lance can drop wich is good versus dragons, kinda like how Artemis Arrows are also good versus dragons.
Sadly there dont seem to be an Artemis bow, wich is quite of since the Yaochi Bow has matching Yaochi Arrows.
So would expect the Artemis arrows to have a matching bow.
There is lots of other good loot including Masamune, Muramasa for the Ninja (Edge), he can also use the Genji set.
Note your dragon knight most likely is gonna use the full dragon set while the main character is gonna be using the crystal set.
There is also a special white and black robe for the white and mage and summoner respectively.
Although there is a special bust armor you get that beat them both.
Ribbons for headpieces on the woman also, the men can use them but their helms tend to be better.
The staves and rods you get arent really that good for damage they have intresting on use effects though.
The ultimate Rod has Comet on it (Curious if its like FFIX where comet is randomly very powerfull but super weak otherwise).
Like the on use item is very weak have never seen it hit hard.
The ultimate staff can cast life on it.
Yeah free life spell from a staff pretty good.
Note Masamune and Muramasa can cast spells also Haste and Protect respectively.
Btw for thoose struggling with some enemies.
Flare, Meteor, Quake, Tornado are all good black magic spells.
Holy is pretty good although certain enemies can absorb so keep that in mind.
As far as summon goes Leviathan and Bahamuth is recommended.
Although if the opponent is weak versus something then the appropriate element works.
Ifrit (Fire)
Shiva (Ice)
Titan (Earth)
Ramuh (Lightning)
Leviathan (Is water i believe just like Edges Flood spell forgot if its called Flood).
Odin (Is non elemental i think)
Bahamuth is non elemental.
Sylph (Im guessing is nature/holy) since it heals by stealing hp from enemy and giving it to allies.
