You are witnessing the single song that got me into music creation/recreation/sound in general. I just wanted to do a bit of a comparison between the various versions of Zeromus. I show them in chronological order of release, then follow with the two remixes:

-Final Fantasy 2/4 - Super Nintendo/Super Famicom
-Final Fantasy 4 - Wonderswan Color
-Final Fantasy 4 Advance - Game Boy Advance
-Final Fantasy 4 DS - Nintendo DS
-Final Fantasy 4: The After Years - Nintendo Wii
-Final Fantasy 4: Complete - Sony PSP
-Zerovos? Lavomus?! - Mathew Valente Remix (because I can :P)
-Zeromus - The Black Mages

ALL songs were modified to match the tempo of the original Super Nintendo version of the song. It seems that the DS, Wii, and PSP versions of the music are all using the same source MIDI file as their tempos match, and even their instrument banks sound similar. Their sound effects are all similar as well.

The Wonderswan Color version is very interesting, the only "official" 8-bit version of the song.

Various videos are ripped from YouTube, I do not remember who's videos I took from. I'm sure you can tell from the character names as they differ. If you are upset, let me know and I'll update this description with credit to you. :)

The Black Mages version was originally VERY slow. You can hear the song really take off when I modified the tempo to match the original song's tempo. Wow... Look at Nobuo Uematsu, he sure is having fun there!

Please do not ask for MP3's of the various reasons. It's easy to find the YouTube videos, and then rip them as MP3 as well.
