Found this old video on my PC and I'm uploading it just for fun, I did this like 5 or 6 years ago. Played on my PSP.

Hades HP: 55.535

Hades, originally introduced to the player as a Mysterious Voice, is an optional boss in Final Fantasy IX. He is encountered in Memoria in the ocean room by walking right and examining the area behind the large rock and choosing not to leave when asked.

Battle:

Hades's Judgment Sword attack saps a party member to a single HP. Hades uses both Freeze and Mustard Bomb, so the Body Temp ability is of great assistance. His Curse attack deals random damage and afflict Confusion, Poison, Mini, Darkness, and Slow on all party members. Equipping the proper abilities (Antibody, Bright Eyes, etc.) will help immensely. When Hades powers up his sword, he will countdown to casting Doomsday, dealing heavy Shadow-elemental damage to the entire party while healing himself. It is highly recommended that the player defeat him before this happens. To avoid being devastated by Doomsday the party should equip Shadow-absorbing items, such as Egoist's Armlet and a Pumice piece.
