From the town of Pravoka to heading to the Marsh Cave and obtain a crown to deliver to the Elf King, who turns out to be none other than the Dark Elf Astos. After defeating Astos, we head to Matoya's cave to give her the crystal eye and obtain the jolt tonic in order to awaken the sleeping Elf Prince.

Astos Guide: Have your Black Mage cast Temper and Haste on your Fighter, Thief or Monk. The White/Red Mage should focus on healing and protection such as NulShock and NulBlaze. As for the physical attackers such as Warrior, Thief, and Monk, attack all the way. Don't bother using Magic attacks on Astos as they don't do him much damage. Suggested Level - 8 or 9.

Fun Fact 1: In the Elf village, there is a headstone that reads "Here lies Link". Link is the main protagonist of The Legend of Zelda series of games. However, on the NES classic game, the headstone reads "Here lies Erdrick". Erdrick is the main protagonist of Dragon Warrior.

Fun Fact 2: In the cartoon Captain N: The Game Master, there is an episode titled "The Fractured Fantasy of Captain N". The episode is loosely based on Final Fantasy, and the quest in that episode is to obtain the jolt tonic, defeat Astos, and save the prince.
