I tried several times to get this battle with Bolt 3, since I can combine Relm's Thunder Rod with the thunderstorm weather element here for a pretty big boost, but every time there was one enemy who survived with just a few HP. I finally gave up, because there are going to be battles coming up where I'm going to have to do this kind of repetition just to win with Holy, and I didn't want to burn myself out here.

Same problem as in Battle 15, Summoners have the same speed as Relm and get off a move and an action (queuing up a spell), so they have a count of 0 on her turn. By using Wait for a cycle here I managed to find a moment to strike.
