Final Fantasy VI {Part 1} (No Commentary)
8A few weeks ago I mentioned that I will be doing regular gameplay and not always hacked games, because I felt some games are better in their original format rather than having improved textures or quality of life improvements. FF6 is one of those kinds of games for me.
There are a lot of hacks on this game to improve the English translations or the RNG when trying to make certain enemies appear for when you're trying to complete Gau's rage bestiary, and I definitely recommend them.
I will still be doing games that have been hacked, but I will most likely switch back and forth between regular gameplay and modded games. As time goes on, I will eventually start doing more modern and next-gen games after I've exhausted a lot of my classical library or run into nostalgia fatigue, but I doubt that will happen anytime soon when I have games like this that always bring me back.

If you tell Banon ‘No’ after he asks you to become the last ray of hope, you can then go to the storage room in the back and talk to the person to get a Genji glove. This will also work if you tell Banon ‘No’ 3 times.
Alternatively, you can say ‘Yes’ and be rewarded with the Gauntlet relic, but I personally feel the Genji Glove this early in the game is a massive help. There are 3 in the game that can be found in total.
