This video ended up being longer than originally planned because there were no save points, but I also wanted to save the opera sequence for the next video so I decided to use a save state and end the video there.

I can’t tell you how much save states have made my videogame experience better overall as a PC gamer. You can use it at your own discretion.. but imagine going through a really hard part in a game and putting hours and hours of work and there’s no save place for a while ahead so you maybe take advantage of the save state situation from time to time. I’m sure we’re all guilty of it at least once or twice throughout our gaming career. In a way, I consider it to be like a quick save, because why go through all of that hard work again? The only exception I can see would be if you were playing a game like DOOM on Ultra Nightmare. In certain situations, a save state defeats the purpose and I wouldn’t use it.

I never grew up with FF6 so I may not be able to find all the items like I have in previous videos before. But I will see the narrative through all the same!

I have a lot of plans for this channel and I don’t want you guys to think I’m ever stuck doing just one or two things. There’s actually a few other games I’m planning on showcasing as well, but I will definitely finish off Final Fantasy VI and Majora’s Mask before I devote too much time to anything else, of course!

… But Final Fantasy 6 might take awhile 😅
