No geography lessons to be found here! Just another Super Mario World romhack!

Super Luigi World, anyone?

Here's the download link for this patch: https://www.smwcentral.net/?p=section&a=details&id=15939

The easiest way to patch it is to use flips.exe which can be downloaded here: https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1040/

Please keep in mind that when you are patching a game, it needs to be the ORIGINAL rom that is being patched, so when you 'apply' the patch, it needs to be done in the correct sequence: First the patch (the floating IPS file), then the original ROM (in this case, it's Super Mario World)

There are a lot of Super Mario World roms that you can download online. The reason why people sometimes have trouble with patching games is often because they're trying to patch the wrong game, or because they don't have both the rom and patch file in the same folder, that's very important as well.

To give a more direct example, when I first tried to patch 007 Goldeneye I made the mistake of trying to patch Super Mario 64's rom, but the patch is only compatible with 007 Goldeneye so you need the Goldeneye rom and not the Super Mario 64 rom.

This game is called 'Mario is Missing! Done Right', so it might seem like you would need the 'Mario is Missing!' rom, but you actually need the 'Super Mario World' rom because it's a Super Mario World patch. I'm mentioning this because 99% of the time when a patch doesn't work, it's because it's either the wrong version of the ROM, or it's the wrong game entirely. Try to be mindful of what game is being patched before you put the original rom and the patch file in the same folder.

More Majora's Mask, Kirby 64, and Final Fantasy 6 are on the way. I just thought I'd do a surprise romhack video upload. Always love to keep them guessing~
