1Hojo is waiting at the top of the Sister Ray. Turns out he is Sephiroth's father! He plans to give Sephiroth more energy just to feed his scientific curiosity. The madman has even injected himself with Jenova cells! BOSS FIGHT: Hojo,Helletic Hojo,and Lifeform-Hojo. The fight starts off easy enough. He can make monsters appear to assist him,and make more if you kill them. When he becomes Helletic Hojo,take out his arms before they can cast sleep or confuse. This form is easy as long as you keep taking the arms out. Lifeform-Hojo is his final form. He counters Magic with Silence. Has a combo attack that can put multiple status effects on you,but you can also counter every hit of the combo if you're lucky. Once Hojo is defeated,the party regroups in the Highwind. Cloud asks everyone to figure out what they're fighting for,and then return. Meteor will be falling in 1 week it seems. Cloud and Tifa spend the night together,and the next day,everyone has returned! Cid transforms the Highwind into it's true form,and it's off to the Northern Crater! It's also the end of Disc 2.
