Previously, Heorot finished training as White Mage in the Valkurm Dunes and then moved on to Rolanberry Fields. He is up to Level 29 as White Mage. He picked up some new White Magic in Windurst. He is also still on the lookout for heatwave weather conditions so that his Carbuncle's Ruby can experience the color Red.

Heorot resumes at his Mog House in Bastok. He heads outside to Bastok Mines.

Bastok Mines (time 1:12):

Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Rolanberry Fields, Derfland.

Rolanberry Fields (time 1:56):

Based on the background music and the fact that a pumpkin is in the area, Rolanberry Fields is still participating in the Halloween event. Heorot continues his training regime to defeat Quadav and Berry Grubs.

Early in, Heorot reaches Level 30 as White Mage.

When it is daylight, Heorot goes to other spots to check for heatwave weather. He uses the Survival Guide at G-6 to teleport to Valkurm Dunes, Zulkheim.

Valkurm Dunes (time 20:14):

Valkurm Dunes is not under any special weather conditions. Next, Heorot uses the Survival Guide at H-7 to teleport to Meriphataud Mountains, Aragoneu.

Meriphataud Mountains (time 20:49):

Meriphataud is experiencing a sandstorm, not a heatwave. Oh, well. Heorot uses the Survival Guide at E-5 to teleport back to Rolanberry Fields, Derfland.

Rolanberry Fields (time 21:32):

Heorot resumes the hunt for Quadav and Berry Grubs. He is getting some duplicate gear from the coffers, and he can sell it.

Heorot reaches Level 31 as White Mage. I wonder why the game sometimes does not play the level-up effect.

After finishing a training regime, he tries again to find heatwave conditions. With the Survival Guide at G-6, he teleports to Valkurm Dunes, Zulkheim.

Valkurm Dunes (time 36:04):

Sadly, the dunes are not experiencing a late afternoon heatwave. Next, Heorot uses the Survival Guide at H-7 to teleport to Meriphataud Mountains, Aragoneu.

Meriphataud Mountains (time 36:34):

The Meriphataud Mountains is under no special weather conditions, either. Heorot uses the Survival Guide at E-5 to teleport to Ru'Lude Gardens, Jeuno.

Ru'Lude Gardens (time 37:10):

Heorot uses a nearby Home Point to teleport to Lower Jeuno.

Lower Jeuno (time 37:43):

Heorot visits a shop and sells off duplicate equipment. Then, he heads south to Rolanberry Fields, Derfland.

Rolanberry Fields (time 39:40):

Heorot continues the hunt for Berry Grubs and Quadav.

Eventually, Heorot reaches Level 32 as White Mage. It has been a good day to level.

At the end, Heorot uses the Survival Guide at G-6 to teleport to Bastok Mines, Bastok.

Next time, he will continue hunting in Rolanberry Fields. Then, he will seek out the Altepa Desert on Zepwell Island west of Gustaberg, which may be a better place to seek heatwave conditions.
