Previously, Heorot continued the Wings of the Goddess storyline. He is currently on Wings of the Goddess Mission 8: "In the Name of the Father". He carried out Bastok's sixth Crystal War quest, "Storm on the Horizon", and started the seventh quest, "Fire in the Hole". Now, he will return to Ruhotz Silvermines and conclude this quest. Then, he will wrap up "In the Name of the Father".

Heorot resumes in his Mog House in present-day Bastok. He heads out to Bastok Mines.

Bastok Mines (time 2:28):

Heorot uses the Survival Guide at I-9 to teleport to Bastok Markets [S] in the Gustaberg Front.

Bastok Markets [S] (time 3:12):

Heorot talks to Red Canyon at H-4 to exit to North Gustaberg [S].

North Gustaberg [S] (time 3:54):

Heorot talks to Solitary Ant at J-9 by the gate. Solitary Ant issues him another Silvermine Key to the Ruhotz Silvermines for "Fire in the Hole".

Heorot reenters Bastok Markets [S].

Bastok Markets [S] (time 4:59):

Heorot uses the Survival Guide at G-4 to teleport to North Gustaberg [S].

North Gustaberg [S] (time 5:21):

Heorot arrives at the Survival Guide at F-7.

He examines the Stonehoused Adit door at E-9 and chooses the "Fire in the Hole" objective again. He is transported into the Ruhotz Silvermines.

Ruhotz Silvermines (time 7:40):

Heorot's objective here is to safely escort Adelheid to the Quadav Turret so she can blow it up. He has plenty of time to summon Trusts and buff up. Once he talks to Adelheid, she will start moving through the mines.

Throughout the escort mission, there are several points where Adelheid will say something and stop moving. Several Quadav will gang up on her. The party must get enmity off her as soon as possible. If you are solo, you need access to AOE damage spells, such as Stonega II or Aeroga II. Adelheid can take a fair amount of damage, but if she is defeated, the escort mission ends in failure. She can be buffed with Protect and Shell and healed with Cure spells.

The first two times Adelheid stops, only one wave of Quadav attacks. During the third and fourth attacks, there will be two waves of Quadav. During the fourth attack, the second wave has a Magnes Quadav, a Black Mage. The fifth attack comes upon reaching the Quadav Turret, which cannot be attacked. There will be about three waves of Quadav during this attack. There are three Magnes Quadav during the third wave. If you are alone, you need to be especially aggressive about using AOEs to keep enmity off Adelheid.

Once Adelheid safely reaches the Quadav Turret at the end, the escort mission ends in success.

North Gustaberg [S] (time 21:04):

When the escort is successful, a cutscene takes place. Cor blimey, why did my avatar just stand there while the thing blew up? Fortunately, things turn out well, thanks to a little Galka ex machina.

After the scene, Heorot gains control at E-9.

He uses the Survival Guide at F-7 to teleport to Bastok Markets [S].

Bastok Markets [S] (time 27:59):

At G-4, Heorot talks to Red Canyon to leave town.

North Gustaberg [S] (time 28:40):

Heorot turns around and reenters Bastok Markets [S] at J-9.

Batok Markets [S] (time 29:06):

When Heorot enters Bastok Markets [S] on foot from North Gustaberg [S] after completing the escort objective, a long scene takes place.

Once Heorot regains control, he talks to Gentle Tiger at H-6. This triggers a cutscene at the President's Office.

Then, Heorot talks to Gentle Tiger at H-6 again. This triggers another cutscene. Will Captain Klara be all right? Regardless, Heorot earns a Republican Silver Medal, a piece of neck equipment. "Fire in the Hole" complete!

Now, Heorot can work on Wings of the Goddess Mission 8: "In the Name of the Father". He uses the Survival Guide at G-4 to teleport to Southern San d'Oria [S] in the Ronfaure Front.

Southern San d'Oria [S] (time 46:20):

To continue "In the Name of the Father", Heorot examines the door to the Lion Springs tavern at K-6. Thith triggerth a cutthene with Mayakov. He's such a card. Regardless, he is displeased about Lilisette shirking her training.

This starts Wings of the Goddess Mission 9: "Dancers in Distress". Heorot will have to catch up with Lilisette, but that will be later.

For now, Heorot teleports to Home Point #1 in Misareaux Coast, Tavnazian Archipelago, in the present.

Misareaux Coast (time 51:49):

Heorot examines the nearby Undulating Confluence at G-5 to go to Escha - Ru'Aun.
