Fragment #43 - Quiz Rank: Private: (4:55). Use mog to sync Captain Amodar and answer his question correctly.
Fragment #44 - Stoic Virtue: (15:52). For all of the four Brain Blast fragments, it's recommended to just look up the answers because of the large number of questions based on things you wouldn't be able to know (you can see the answers to the questions here: http://www.ffmages.com/final-fantasy-xiii-2/brain-blast-quiz-guide/ ).
Fragment #45 - Graviton Core Gamma: (50:00). Use a chocobo to grab this fragment on top of the building in Oerba 200 AF.
Fragment #46 - Graviton Core Delta: (56:00). The fragment is down a rising escalator near where you finished up the fight with Zenobia, just past Chocolina.
Fragment #47 - Helmwige's Nightshade: Speak to the red orb in the ruins (1:04:00). Next, use Mog to sync up a chest containing the Picture Frame south of Chocolina (1:09:20). Finally, speak to the red orb again to get the fragment (1:11:44).
Fragment #48 - Siegrune's Spiritbloom: Speak to the red orb south of Chocolina after completing the previous quest (1:13:15). Give them the Flower Bulb found near where Hope was in 10AF (1:02:45) and give it to the red orb.
Fragment #49 - Graviton Core Epsilon: (1:18:00). Mog will locate this fragment near the center of the spotlight area in Yaschas Massif 100 AF.
Fragment #50 - Schwertleite's Flower: Speak to the red orb near the bottom of the map (1:22:00). Use Mog to grab the Comm Device just after the ruins (1:05:25) and return it to the orb.
Fragment #51 - Book of Valhalla: (1:22:30). Resolve the clock paradox at the bottom of the map.
Fragment #52 - Roseweisse Skyblossom: Speak to the red orb in the spotlight area (1:37:25). Use Mog to get the Sealed Tablet in the ruins (1:05:25) and return it to the orb.
Fragment #53 - Book of Shambala: (1:48:08). Resolve the clock paradox in the ruins after completing all of the red orb quests.
