Final Fantasy XIII - Mission 12 - DRCNC
DRC = Dual-role Challenge. Each character can level only one primary role and one secondary role. These will be taken so that each role (COM through MED) is used in exactly one primary role and exactly one secondary role. The neglected primary roles can still be used in battle.
NC = No Catalysts. More specifically, no equipment can be upgraded with a catalyst. They can be sold (since otherwise I'd be wasting time farming gil anyway).

Here, Hope has leveled only his RAV role and the first stage of his COM role, Fang has leveled only her SAB role and the first stage of her RAV role, and Sazh has leveled only his SYN role and the first stage of his SAB role.

This was fun, albeit pretty hard to pull off. The main issue is that once Geiseric is launched and subsequently hits the ground, he can't be re-launched and will immediately go to his next attack. In general he can't be launched once he has started an attack; he can only be launched when he is idle.
Use Libra, then Quake (for the sake of chain duration), then Auto-chain. When Percussive Blow hits, shift to the second Guerilla while everyone's standing back up; this puts everyone in red and activates Sazh's Critical: Faith. Use Auto-chain once more, then cast Aerora-Aero. Shift to Tri-disaster and hope that Fang starts casting immediately; her Thunder will keep Geiseric launched. Repeat Aerora-Aero when Sazh finishes casting, then cast Blizzara x2 and immediately shift to Cerberus for a damage boost. At this point Geiseric hit the ground. Cast Ruin x4 twice, shifting to the second Cerberus for an ATB refresh. At this point, Fang had backed up a long ways (her being in red stops her from moving around when not attacking) and Geiseric had selected Fang as his next target, so I had enough time to kill him before he killed Fang. I had about five seconds left of stagger, however.
