3:00-Instance begins.

This is it, the final Dragoon quest at least for now, the level 50 quest Into The Dragon's Maw.

This one of course, involves dealing with the threat of Nidhogg. Estinien has just rushed head on to confront the dragon so it is up to us to presumably assist him. But the way it plays out is..predictable.

This boss fight really isn't hard though FYI, just don't get hit by the big moves, dodge. Probably not wise to use blood for blood unless the boss is near death since if you do get hit by the big AOE move it'll probably one shot you with B4B up. Heavy Thrust used to require flanking but now you don't have to flank to get the buff from it. At the time of this video I believe you did.

Your rewards are:

Dragonfire Dive: Delivers a jumping fire-based attack with a potency of 250 to all nearby enemies.
Cannot be executed while bound.

The last piece of your AF gear, the Drachen Mail for the body piece.


Having completed all of the level 50 quests now, I think I'd rank them like this in terms of story:
1.Black Mage(Man that was legit dark/tragic and loved how you interacted with a more diverse set of characters)
2.Scholar(Reveals a lot about the Tonberries and interesting since the fairies actually matter more than Egis plot wise)
3.Bard(The feels were strong in this one and the emotion did feel genuine and the spoony bard reference lol.)
4.Summoner(Eh was kinda cool how the Egi fights were mini versions of the Primal fights and had the MOST challenging final instance IMO, also neat how it involved *spoilers* at the end)
5.White Mage(was kinda unique but eh the brother was too much of a jerk for a healer)
6.Monk(More relating to Ala Mhigo so not bad)
7.Warrior(Predictable but had some moments early on)
8.Paladin(Eh would have been cooler if you got to take back Oathkeeper and if maybe it was bit more interesting, we already know Ul'dah has a corrupt government as has been shown several times in the story)
9.Dragoon(Very few instances and predictable)

Also...Just remember what happens here I imagine it'll be vital in the coming expansion. Just a hunch.
