I managed to hunt this beast down and it seem's he'll only spawn if it's around sun set and if you're close to the camp site under the rock, beside the lake. After beating this Level 99 Behemoth you'll be rewarded with a hidden trophy or achievement. This was also done on normal difficulty as always!
