Noctis Armiger fly mode in Lucis was done with the Debug menu, by using the "3 - move" command during the Leviathan fight to move to hammerhead, you can then sleep to reset the weather to the regular one (don't sleep in Altissia as it will get the game stuck in infinite loading).
The same can be done for Insomnia by doing the same method during the final Ardyn fight.

Edit: There is now a mod to toggle the armiger mode at anytime! I spent a few days replaying and editing the scripts during the leviathan and ardyn fight to find what was triggering them, and Rinual and Kizari managed to make a mod using that! It's pretty amazing to have this available at all times now. Here is the link:

Playable Iris and Aranea were also done by using the debug menu.

Other features like long distance warp, high jumps, or flying chocobo were done by using Cheat Engine.

I hope you liked the video! This was a lot of work to put together and do some of the things shown in this video. Final Fantasy XV is a special game for a lot of us, despite its issues, and this video is about all the hidden beauties in this game.
