Description:
Hinako Shirai is a schoolgirl who lost her ballet career due to a leg injury, causing her to fall into depression. However, she is chosen to be a Reflector, a magical girl tasked with going into a mental world, the Commons, to resolve people's problems and fight monsters. Her fellow Reflectors, Yuzu and Lime, claim that she may be able to gain one wish at the end of this quest.

0:00 The Audition
Hinako tries her best to act the role of the mermaid, but still falls short of Mao's acting experience. Mao ends up causing another distortion with her fragment and sends us to the Sorrow zone.
The fragment proves difficult to tame, and we learn that Mao's parents sabotaged her acting rivals, resulting in Mao being ostracized by her peers when their crimes were uncovered. This caused Mao to become a misanthrope who believes everyone has malice in them and that she had to manage that malice through manipulation. However, Hinako manages to survive against this malice by remembering the good side of people.
Back in the real world, Mao becomes aware of the Reflectors interfering with people's hearts. Hinako and Mao still can't come to an understanding, but their glaring contest is interrupted by the return of Netzach.

This boss took a page from the Kisekiverse by being statistically unbeatable, even if you farmed 99 affection points.
After you lose, Mao will somehow deal heavy damage to the boss despite not being a Reflector. We take her fragment and recruit her as a supporter, which upgrades our weapons. Even Mr. Bear got a makeover!

This time, you can use 90 ether to unleash a full Overdrive combo, which will end in a special combination attack. Despite the boss's increased stats, I did a better job at staying alive this time.

Mao is going to be an ally from now on and help Hinako practice to be the leading role in the play, but she still doesn't like the trio.
