You need to play a few rounds and decide if you can call for your randoms. On bind I show that the first 3 rounds proved I can.
R1: Sova showed desire to initiate for me, I can work with him as a duelist
R2: I get callouts and I reciprocate. I callout the bomb and state I'm playing 2v1
R3: I call my flash for Sage and she waited for it
These are Green flags for coordination. So put all your energy into it.

On the other hand if teammates don't reciprocate, you have to take a different approach. Identify the weakest link in your lobby and use that player for your own gain.
- Who's bottom fragging?
- Who's being selfish in their role?
- Who's not responding to shotcalls? (even a negative response is better than none)

This process is called DEVOURING your players. Read their habits throughout the game and develop and understanding for them. Now your round starts after their mistakes. Understanding this concept means you won't try to change them to fit your needs. You shape your needs around them.
Here's an example:
- Reyna is 0.25KD on entry
- Her mic is off and she runs it down every round
- You can't refrag her because her push can't fit the team's pace, she's unpredictable
- By devouring her, you change your perspective on this player. She's now a sova drone.
- I now look at the minimap she's revealed for me. I shotcall off this information (e.g she spots 4 on A so I call for an A fake with utility and we fast rotate to B). Everyone else who's listening follows my call.
- I now am in a winning position because I devoured my Reyna and made her my own play
