Finding Paradise (Pt 4): Neo Learns Some Unsettling Details About Faye & the Machine Neo is Using
3[BLIND LET'S PLAY]
Neo works his way ever closer to the center of the anomaly in Colin's mind, still analyzing every aspect of Colin's life and how it might explain the anomaly's existence. Dr. Roxanne Winters and her partner soon shows up at Colin's residence, and Neil temporarily leaves Colin's mental simulation to speak with them. Roxanne doesn't take long to confront Neil about his hidden project, although Neil manages to convince her to drop the issue for now due to the work he has with his current client, but Roxanne makes it clear that she intends to resume their discussion at the earliest opportunity. In the meantime Roxanne decides to look into whatever background information she can find Faye on Neil's request in the meantime, but right before they part ways Roxanne brings up the odd modifications Neil has made on the machine he and Eva are using on Colin and the possible risks that may be involved due to WHAT was changed in the machine.
Neo begins wondering if Neil's machine might actually be related to the anomaly on Colin's mind, but his attention is quickly redirected when Roxanne eventually calls Neil back with the information on Faye that he requested, and what Neil and Neo learn - or rather, DON'T learn - completely turns their understanding of Faye right on their heads...
