[BLIND LET'S PLAY]


The minute Neo opens the gate to the RPD's underground parking lot, Mr. X shows up to pursue him, forcing Neo to rush into the streets of Raccoon City to lose him. Once he does, Neo gradually makes his way to the nearby orphanage, dealing with zombie dogs and zombies of the humanoid sort along the way. Once he arrives at the orphanage, Neo immediately begins looking for Sherry, only to run into a weakened Chief Irons, who blames Claire for "being late", as though what the Angry-Eyeball-Tumor-Guy did to him was somehow her fault. It is then that some kind of parasite bursts out of Iron's body and flees the scene, killing the man, much to Neo's great relief. Neo resumes his search, and manages to locate Sherry, but the minute he frees Sherry from a cage Irons put her in Mr. X once again shows up and gives chase to both Claire and Sherry. They quickly find themselves cornered, but they are saved by the Angry-Eyeball-Tumor-Guy, only for Neo to realize that they now have HIM to deal with. An elevator they get on has its cables cut, and they fall into the underground.


When Claire wakes up, he finds himself face-to-face with a woman who seems to be studying something, muttering stuff to herself regarding a certain person's mutations. When Claire speaks to this woman, we discover that not only does she seem to have taken Sherry to some unknown location while Claire was unconcious, but that the woman herself is Sherry's mother... and she tells Claire to not to interfere in Sherry's affairs before running off, leaving Claire and Neo all alone in what they quickly discover is Raccoon City's sewer system. Wanting to locate Sherry, they begin exploring their new location...
