0The party ends up in the Nabata Desert under Uther's suggestion,and find someone under attack by Bandits. Most units will be hindered this stage by the sand,limiting their range of movement. This goes for enemies too however. Flying units are unaffected,and neither are magic users. Now,the guy under attack is a Sage named Pent,and he by no means needs help. However,there's a Side Quest up next,and you need to gain around 700 exp total before the Chapter ends. The best way to do this is send Heath or Florina over to Pent and Rescue him,and then retreat. BOSS 1: Jasmine. You'll have to get in his movement range to lure him over,otherwise Pent will destroy him. Carries a Guiding Ring,you'll need to Steal it with Matthew. He has both a Steel and Hand Axe,and he's a Warrior class,so he's pretty strong. Sword users will wreck him though. A few turns into the stage,an NPC appears to the south named Hawkeye. Talk to him with Eliwood and he joins you.
