Fire Emblem: Blazing Sword playthrough Chapter 9 {Lyn}
Thanks to Eliwood,none of the neighboring countries will interfere with Lyndis and Lundgren's affairs. This also means he can't help out in any way battle wise though. Wallace confronts the group here,and after seeing Lyn,decides to join. He has you use his Knight Crest when you first use him,and he Class Changes from a Knight to a General. A few turns after this chapter starts,Fog will roll in,obscuring your vision. Too bad enemies are unhindered. Matthew being a Thief can see much farther through fog than other units,so he's useful here. Bandits will be spawning for a while from the mountain forts,while soldiers spawn from the forth to the northwest. I like to have Sain and Dorcas head north while everyone else makes their way east. I have Erk and Lucius take care of the bandits that appear near the start,though it's hard to hit them in the mountains. Several cavaliers will approach from the east,so have Kent be the point man. 2 soldiers guard the castle as you get close. When you're ready,gather your troops and prepare for the boss. BOSS: Eagler. A Paladin,a class changed Cavalier,proficient with Lances and Swords. This guy is armed with both a Hand Axes and Javelin,making ranged attackers vulnerable. The best unit for the job here is Wallace,whittle his HP down with his Iron Axe and try to finish him off with someone else if possible for lots of Exp. Wallace was having a miss contest with Eagler for a while,but Eagler finally died after a while. Time to take the fight to Lundgren himself!
