Oof this battle is a difficulty check all right. Even on normal casual I had problems since I wanted all my units to be alive to some extent. So i imagine hard and maddening would be more troublesome. Let's start things off with dividing your group of units to tackle the west and east side. From there bait the other units and when its safe, bait Hortensia. Make sure to have a unit with enough health and res to stay alive after attacking. Then eliminate her.

Don't forget to get the chests! Now for the 2nd part. You will need to bait more enemies to get the 2nd boss. You can stay behind the doors like I did to bait him around there. Once he's done you can go for the final boss of the map.

Eliminate the healer near him then focus on the boss.
