Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Maniac Mode Chapters 21, 22, 23 in 4, 1, 3 turns
0This is the first time I've been able to 3-turn 23 without Sonic Sword Ike. The key is manipulating the order of enemy movements (but tbh, I don't really knowingly manipulate it, just throw shit at the wall and see what sticks).
The order of enemy actions is extremely complex and I have no idea how it works, but to give you an idea, in 23 turn 2, somehow having Astrid and Oscar kill paladins all the way on the other side of the map (or maybe something else did, idk) nearby affected the order of the movement of the 1-2 range paladins near Ike, such that they suicided on him with 1-range earlier in the enemy phase instead of just attacking him later during the enemy phase from 2-range. If they attacked later, they'd just block Ike's path to Petrine. In 21 turn 3, those siege tome sages near Ena have to be lured by Tanith and be in those exact positions. Otherwise, the non-siege tome mage near Ena will move 1N1E and attack Ike AFTER the siege tome guys already moved, blocking Ike's path to the boss. But because Tanith lured the siege tome sages on turn 2, the non-siege tome sage moves first, attacking Ike from 2-range from his position without moving. Really weird stuff.

Chapter 22 Bexp used: Mist to level 19 (1097p to 1088p). Soren to level 6 (1088p to 1064p).
Chapter 23 Expenditures: +1 might 0 crit Slim Sword (4529g).
Chapter 23 Bexp used: Mist to level 1 promoted (1454p to 1173p). Ike to level 5 (1173p to 1140p). Tanith to level 12 (1140p to 1131p).
