Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn playthrough {Part 1} Chapter 7 Part 2
There are several cells on this map that you can either unlock or break open. Each one contains one NPC that will attempt to flee out the door to the Northwest. I would highly suggest clearing out those enemies before unlocking any cells, because they cannot fight. Once the Knight blocking the door is lured away the door opens for the NPC's. On turn 9,reinforcements appear from the south. The ones with ranged weapons will go for characters on the ledge nearby if they're near,but you shouldn't have to worry unless you're REALLY unlucky. Like me,sometimes. Make sure to prepare for the others coming as well. The archers and mages to the east won't move,but on turn 11 more reinforcements appear from there that will.
