Another small morph ball area,then we come upon a huge room filled with Phazon. Find and scan the 3 locks in this area to open the door to the next area. Watch out for the invisible bugs and poison vents in the next room. In the next room,lower the platforms with the Dark Beam,and in the next area,you'll find the Light Beam! Now you can open light doors,and energize light crystals. We soon find ourselves back at the starting zone,and can now head through the light doors to a new area. Here the last agon key rests,but you'll have to fight a bunch of Ing Warriors first. Funny how they all ended up dying in the energized light zones. Our next destination is back to where a light portal lay dormant around here. The light beam energizes it,and we can return to the light world. There's also an ammo station nearby if needed. When you return to the pirate base,be prepared to be attacked. The metroids have broken free of their confinement. We find a missile expansion through a dark door in one of the metroid areas. Head outside and take control of the turrets. Blow up any space pirates that appear,and take out the generators around the area. Now you can reach the back of the area,find the hole to enter in morph ball form and you'll get your first ammo upgrade for the beams. Now that we have all the dark temple keys,time to make our way there.
