Fire Emblem: Three Houses - 102 - Part 1: Ch. 7-16: Paralogue - Rumored Nuptials (1/4)
*Read description first*
In this special episode (with love of both genders coming both ways), Ingrid faces the worst kind of romance ever...
An ARRANGED MARRIAGE.
With a SCUMBAG.
...That was one of Dorothea's MANY MEN SHE HAS FLIRTED WITH.
Key Notes:
Paralogues
- These are special character-centric episodes where you aid specific units with their issues.
- All of these usually tend to have some sort of gimmick.
- The paralogue will end in failure if the focus character (even one of two) is taken down, at which point either the game will force you to use one of your remaining Divine Pulses to restart at any point you want...or you lose for good if you don't have any left.
- Just like asking a unit not in your class to assist in battles for a month, paralogues let you control the focus characters. However, just like mission assistants, they don't get experience nor can they pick items. If you do have them in your class, then there are no limitations...though you can't remove them, obviously.
- WARNING: Do note the fact paralogues have deadlines for when they'll disappear if not completed by then. Be sure to prioritize doing these, as the rewards can be really worthwhile. If a paralogue appears too difficult, make sure there is still time to put it aside until you're ready.
Ingrid (and Dorothea)'s Paralogue
- The gimmick of this paralogue is one of the simplest there is. Either eliminate every enemy in the map, or let Ingrid escape through the southern exit (which I should warn you has a few enemies hiding that will reveal themselves the moment Ingrid too close to the exit). Failure results if ingrid or Dorothea is defeated.
- Note that the Merchant to the east will keep calling reinforcements (one rogue at a time) until he is taken down, so unless you're having Ingrid fly away, take him down to end the reinforcements (just beware being close to the starting point once the Merchant is taken down, as a few more enemies will appear from there).
- Note the Crater tiles reduce mobility AND HP by 20%. The damage only occurs when your phase starts and a unit is standing there. Fliers like Ingrid don't need to worry, though.
Watch, enjoy, and comment, everyone.
