We have our next objective for the month, Flayn has gone missing, and some of us believe that the Death Knight had kidnapped her. When Byleth asks around, some of the students are suspecting Jeritza could be the one that had kidnapped Flayn.

Flayn is mission, and Byleth has to search around the Monastery to see if anyone has seen her, and another thing is if you talk to Seteth, he cannot provide Faculty Training, which must have to do with Flayn's disappearance.
After celebrating Petra's birthday with a Tea Party, it is time to explore the Monastery, and for this month, we get different music. Talk to your house leader to start the main quest, and on the Golden Deer route, talking to Claude will also count as talking to Hilda as well, after accepting the quest, talk to some of the students to get clues about Flayn's disappearance, so you will have to talk to Petra, Felix, Raphael, Ingrid, Linhardt, Dorothea, and Leonie, and they suspect that one of the knights has something to do with Flayn being missing, then talk to the one suspected, I will list which student and who their suspect is.

Another thing to note is that Manuela is not present at the Monastery this month, so you have to talk to Jeralt after talking to Dorothea, and after you have talked to all the suspects, talk to your house leader, and that will give you access to Jeritza's room, and that does end the month, so do not enter it right away, instead focus on exploring the Monastery and doing Auxiliary Battles.
There are some sidequests for this month, the first one is from a female student near the Training Ground, she gives you an Admiring Love Letter, give that to Cyril, and then report to the student to complete the quest.
The next sidequest is from Marianne, after accepting the sidequest, go to the greenhouse and pick up the Birthing Herbs, give them to her to complete the quest.
Starting from this month, Shamir can be recruited, and she can be recruited even on the Black Eagles, you will need to have Byleth at Level 15 in order to recruit her, but you can decrease it to Level 12 if you have unlocked Byleth's C Support with Shamir.
Shamir is recruited as a Sniper, which is an Advance Class, and mastering that gives her Hunter's Volley, which allows her to hit two times, but that Combat Art is exclusive to the Sniper class. You can choose to downgrade her to Archer and master it to get Hit +20, and for other classes, you can choose to make her a Pegasus Knight to get Darting Blow, and Brigand for Death Blow, and for her final class, you can choose to have her be a Sniper, or you can possibly make her a Falcon Knight or Bow Knight if you feel like going with a Master Class for her. If you work on her Sword skill, you can choose to make her an Assassin to get Lethality, which goes well with her Dexterity stat.
Shamir's Personal Ability is Survival Instinct, which boosts Strength, Magic, Dex, and Speed by 4 if she defeats a foe on Player Phase, so this can be good, so that gives her a strong Enemy Phase, specially if you give her a Mini Bow. She has good stat growths in Dexterity and Luck, and if you give her a Killer Bow, she can score some easy critical hits. When recruited, she has A Rank in Bow, so she has Monster Blast, which deals bonus damage against Monster units, and for other Combat Arts, she can get Lance Jab at A Rank in Lance, which increases Might based on the unit's Speed.
I could go over which units Shamir can support with, most of which are from Black Eagles or Golden Deer, and even though Shamir is a good unit right away, I find her best used on either Golden Deer or Black Eagles, as this is where she can support with most of the units, here is a list of the units she can support with.
