Most of the beginning of this video is just Monastery Exploration, and building up support with some of my units, and then I do paralogue, which was available before the timeskip, but can be done in Part 2, and it is Cyril and Hilda's paralogue, where we help out the Goneril Soldiers stop the Almyran troops in invading Fódlan's Locket.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

Normally, when I do a paralogue, I would have that be at the start of the video, but it doesn't happen until about 30 minutes into the video, and that I want to try and complete the supply quest before ending the month, and the items are random, I don't know if you can turn off the game and you get different items when talking to Seteth, or whoever the one that gives you the supply quest is depending on the route.
The main thing I want to go over is Diving the World, this is Hilda and Cyril's paralogue, and on the Silver Snow route, this paralogue doesn't appear until Chapter 12, this is because they can't be recruited on Black Eagles until Chapter 12 if you chose to side with the Church. Cyril will be recruited automatically, and Hilda can be recruited if Byleth has a high enough support and meets the skill requirements, and this paralogue can be done in Part 2, as I show in this video.
This paralogue takes place at Fódlan's Locket, and Hilda's brother, who despite being mentioned as an important character, never appears in the game at all, you don't ever meet her brother, not even on Verdant Wind, but anyway, Hilda's brother has fallen ill, and the Goneril Soldiers are under attack by Almyran Forces, and the Goneril Soldiers are all Armored Knights, and even though they are a defensive class, they can't hold on for too long, as the Wyvern Riders are the most dangerous troops the Almyran Forces have.
If the defended location is captured, you will fail, and the Cavaliers can get to that spot easily, so prioritize on defeating the Cavaliers on this map, and there are two Giant Birds on this map, so if you have some good bow units, you can use them to defeat the Giant Birds.
Cyril will be placed on the eastern side on the map, so have a unit with Stride to have some units defeat the Wyvern Riders, as they can easily take down the allied troops, so having some bow units can help, and if you have Cyril as a Wyvern Rider and equipped with a bow, he can take on some of the Wyvern Riders. The boss of this map is a Wyvern Rider, who will not start moving until Turn 4 or if you provoke a nearby Cavalier, the Wyvern Rider is much tougher than the normal Wyvern Riders, and he does have a Battalion, but his Res is low, so using magic attacks can easily take him out, some of the Almyran Troops have Battalions, most of them have Assault Troop, while the Archers have Fusillade.
After defeating the boss, you get a reward for how many Goneril Soldiers were saved, you get a Hexlock Shield if all of them are saved, you get a Large Bullion if you saved at least one.
You get two Battalions, the first one is Goneril Valkyries, which is a good Battalion as it has high Endurance, and it provides boosts to Strength, Hit, Crit, Protection, and Charm, and the Gambit is Assault Troop, this can be a good Battalion to equip if you have a unit at B Rank in Authority.
The other Battalion is Almyra Mercenaries, which is obtained if you have Cyril recruited, and this one isn't as good, as it is an E Rank Battalion, it gives boosts to Strength, Avoid, and Charm, and the Gambit is Fusillade.
You get a Hero's Relic for completing this paralogue, and despite Freikugel being called a magic axe, it does not deal magic damage, it is tied to the Crest of Goneril, and as Hilda has that Crest, it will allow her to Apocalyptic Flame, which in Japanese is called "Fire that Destroys the World", this Combat Art boosts Hit and Might, and it deals bonus damage against Dragon Units, and inflicts a -5 strength debuff on the target after combat.
Then I do some battle quests, and then we prepare a banner for the Resistance Army, and we wonder why the Empire is making an enemy of the church, and we make our preparations for any invasions from the Imperial Army.
