While preparing to take on Those Who Slither in the Dark, I decide on who will be paired up by viewing some A Supports between some units. This is just some filler events that happen before taking on Those Who Slither in the Dark, as the ones we will be going up against in Shambhala will be our most powerful opponents.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This is where I choose which units are paired, because when both units are at A Support, this will give them a paired ending once you have got to the end of the route. Aside from that, this video is just Monastery exploration and Auxiliary Battles, and I guess I could go over my units in this video.
Like I explained about getting Lifetaker on Ferdinand, I have decided not to try and work on Archer on units like Dorothea, because that would mean I have to put them as adjutants until they master it, and I usually like to do adjutants to increase support between units.
Some units are in different classes between that and Crimson Flower, so on that route, I had Linhardt's final class as Bishop, and Petra as a Wyvern Lord, but on this route, I made Linhardt go into Holy Knight so that he has extra movement, and Petra's final class is Falcon Knight for extra Speed and so she can avoid attacks better.
While I did already make Bernadetta go into Bow Knight, the difference is I went the Paladin route, while in Crimson Flower, I went the Sniper route, while Paladin does pair very well with Vengeance, it is a good class for her if you want to use that Combat Art, as that pairs well with her Personal Ability, and Vengeance becomes more powerful based on how much damage she has taken.
On a route where you don't get to keep Edelgard or Hubert, I have found Seteth to be a good replacement, as he does come as a Wyvern Rider, and his best class being Wyvern Lord is an easy class to get him to, and having access to Swift Strikes is one thing that makes him really good. While Seteth isn't really the replacement for Edelgard, he is kind of like one, because in Chapter 13, Seteth is deployed for that battle, so you will have to train him up a bit on Chapter 12 so that he can handle the enemies in Chapter 13. With Flayn, she is my main magic user, and with Thyrsus, she can attack from a very long range, Linhardt is the healer, and Dorothea is there for linked attacks with Meteor. Flayn does get some very good spells, like Excalibur and Cutting Gale, which have a good critical hit rate, and Excalibur dealing bonus damage against Flying units.
I know there are players that tend to do Silver Snow with all Church units, so that would include using units like Hanneman, Manuela, Alois, and even Cyril. While Hanneman does get Meteor, he learns it later than Dorothea, and with Manuela, she has a weakness in Reason, so getting her to learn Bolting is not an easy task, and Cyril is not an easy unit to use on this route because of how weak he is compared to the rest of your units, he is good if you invest in him on other routes, but on Silver Snow, he is not worth using, and even though Wyvern Lord is his best class, Seteth is way better as a Wyvern Lord than Cyril. As for their final classes, Hanneman's best class is Dark Knight, as he has strengths in Reason, Lance, and Riding, and for Manuela, Gremory is a good class, but it can take a while to get her to there, otherwise she can work as a Swordmaster or Falcon Knight with her high Speed stat.
