Seems Big Bird has a severe case of explosive diarrhea.
You play as Piggo the firefighter trying to put out fires caused by the Firebird by placing yourself and your ladder correctly and spraying water on the flames.
As soon as the first resident jumps out the window, due to a fire burning for too long, the game gets really fun and challenging.
