The German Air Force's first C-130J has now been spotted with a new and colorful series.
Series 55+01 (msn 5930 ) launched at Lockheed Martin's facility at Marietta-Dobbins ARB (GA) mid-August.
It will be based at Base Aérienne 105 (BA105) Evreux/Fauville (France) where it will join the new Franco-German Lockheed C-130J Super Hercules squadron.
The Lockheed Martin C-130J Super Hercules is a four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft. The C-130J is a comprehensive update of the Lockheed C-130 Hercules, with new engines, flight deck, and other systems.
