While we were focused on all the nerfs in the Balance Manifesto GGG snuck in a buff to the originally revealed stats of Eye of Winter.
This skill is almost a carbon copy of Diablo 2's Frozen Orb. I botched the first 6 attempts to record this by constantly calling the skill Frozen Orb or Winter Orb or Orb of Winter or variants thereof.
It appears to have adequate damage (each hit ~70% of a Glacial Cascade hit) and extraordinary damage projection, and could be very solid with Replica Cold Iron Point or Herald of Ice (not both, never use both)
