Fitbit Fails It In 2019 With Unreliable Tech But OK Tech Support. 2 Watches Bought 2 Replaced.

The quality in Fitbit units has gone down so sharply over the last year that its concerning. I had two systems that both had similar problems. Luckily Fitbit support sent me replacements. Thank goodness!

I have been using Fitbit for almost 5 years now and I purchase a new unit yearly. I never had issues until these latest units came out. Fitbit Charge 3 and Fitbit Versa were horrible little units out of the gate, so to speak. The batteries on the units started to die much sooner than they were supposed to. Lucky for us they mailed us 2 replacements! yay!
