1Fix Chrono Odyssey Playtest Not Launching/Not Opening On PC, Fix Chrono Odyssey Playtest Won't Launch On PC, Fix Chrono Odyssey Playtest Not Starting, Fix Chrono Odyssey Playtest Not Opening On PC
Step 1) Restart Steam, restart your PC
Step 2) Run UEPrereqSetup_x64 file
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Chrono Odyssey Playtest\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us
Step 3) Rename/Delete sl.pcl.dll file (Create a backup first)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Chrono Odyssey Playtest\ChronoOdyssey\Plugins\NVIDIA\Streamline\Binaries\ThirdParty\Win64
Step 4) Delete the config folder (All saved settings will be lost), rename/delete the save game files (you will lose all the game progress) create a backup
Step 5) Run the game from the game installation folder, try running as an administrator, disable full screen optimization, try compatibility mode.
Step 6) Allow the game to Antivirus program and Windows Security
Step 7) Verify the game files
Step 8) Perform a clean installation of Graphics card driver

Step 9) Laptop users with dual graphics card: Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 10) Try these in launch options
-dx11
-dx12
Step 11) Make sure date, time, time zone and region are correct on your computer
Step 12) Run these commands
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Step 13) Turn on/off VPN, switch to different networks, switch to mobile hotspot
Step 14) Use Ethernet connection
Step 15) Update Windows

Step 17) Disconnect multiple monitors, disconnect additional joystick, controllers. Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, Disable Steam Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia App, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), Set the overclock default,Close all the overclocking app such as MSI Afterburner, riva tuner etc. Turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, end nahimic services & lightingservice.exe in task manager, remove the undervolt,
Step 18) Increase the Virtual Memory
View Advanced system settings
Initial Size: 1.5 x Total Ram
Maximum Size: 3 X Total Ram
Step 19) Uninstall the game, delete the game files, restart your PC and reinstall the game to C drive, if already installed to C drive the install the game to another SSD Drive
