I get the following error message/notification while try to restore my whatsapp or try to install my whatsapp in my android mobile:

This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and naugat also.



Some error occurred android phone devices are samsung,asus,asus zenfone,black berry,micromax,htc,lenovo,nexus,google pixel,oppo,vivo,honour,yureka,genymotion,redmi,gionee,one plus one,htc one,samsung galaxy and note devices, and sometime ios iphone also.

Solution:

1.Goto your android settings-apps-all.

2.Click this icon"..." and select "Reset app perferences".

3.Locate "Whatsapp messenger" and click to open it.

4.Then click "clear data" option.

5.Finally again try to access your whatsapp messenger.

6.Register your mobile number with whatsapp server.

7.Then one popup windows ask do you want to restore message,now you can select "SKIP".

8.Then enjoy your whatsapp messenger and the problem is solved.
