This error solution is common for android,tablets,bluestacks and the android versions are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and naugat also.



Some error occurred devices are samsung,asus,asus zenfone,nexus,micromax,htc,lenovo,moto e,moto g,moto x,moto z,panasonic,one plus one,vivo,oppo,honour,yureka,samsung galaxy and note devices,redmi,gionee,black berry,genymotion and sometime iphone also.

Method 1:

1.Goto your android settings-date and time settings.

2.Tick to enable the following two options.

3.Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone.


Method 2:

1.Goto settings-apps-all.

2.Click this icon and select "Reset app preferences".

3.Locate "Google play store" and click to open it.

4.Also click "clear data" option.

5.Finally once restart your android mobile the problem is solved.


Method 3:

1.Goto google play store and search "root explorer" and click to install it.

2.Then open it and goto /etc folder and then search "hosts" folder.

3.Long press it(hosts) and click to delete the folder.

4.Unfortunately this method is only works for rooted/root devices only.
