Step 1) Move/Install game to SSD
Step 2) Try -dx12/-dx11 in launch options
Step 3) Set RendererMode to d3d12/d3d11, try windowed mode
Step 4) Close all programs that auto capture video clips such as Nvidia App, Steelseries GG, or any other program that auto capture. Also close discord, Nvidia App and other overlay Apps
Step 5) Close temperature monitoring software such as MSI Afterburner, rivatuner. close all the overclocking apps
Step 6) If able to launch the game, switch Frame generation to FSR, and keep upscaler type as DLSS, if not working Set an FPS cap in the game to just 2-3 fps lower than your monitor’s refresh rate, for example if your monitor has 240Hz refresh rate then try capping at 238/237 fps in the game (you can keep DLSS + Frame Generation), try both V Sync On/Off, Switch to FSR Frame Generation
Step 5) Try disabling G Sync/Free Sync
Step 6) If able to launch the game, Set an FPS cap in the game to just 2-3 fps lower than your monitor’s refresh rate, for example if your monitor has 240Hz refresh rate then try capping at 238/237 fps in the game (you can keep DLSS + Frame Generation), try both V Sync On/Off, Switch to FSR Frame Generation
Step 7) Rename settings folder (All saved settings will be lost)
Step 8) Try Power Saver mode
Step 9) Allow the game exe file to Antivirus program Avast, norton, bit defender, McAfee, Comodo/Windows Security & firewall
Step 11) Verify the game files
Step 12) Perform a clean installation of latest graphics card driver

Step 13) Run the game on dedicated graphics card
Step 14) Install Visual C++ Files

Step 15) unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected. Do not overclock, set it default, close third-party apps/Services, remove the undervolt
